DFS CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO KEEP THEIR PROMISE! I placed an order with DFS in the York branch to the sum of 2400. I chose this company because of their large and very clear signs stating that all orders would be delivered before Christmas. I needed my order before Christmas! I received a phonecall from DFS stating that my order would not be ready until the end of January. I asked for and did receive a full refund, but what I wanted was my order on time. Will I be shopping at DFS in the future? NO! Would I recommend DFS ? NO!

Waited 10 weeks for delivery and the corner sofa that came in two halves, one was the right colour and side, the other was a different colour. Waited another 2 weeks with no communication apart from when we rang to find out. Arranged another delivery and was sent the exact same wrong parts. Been left having to take time off work to accept delivery and still have no sofa to sit on. Awful customer service, will not be buying anything from DFS again. The lowest rating I can give is one star when in reality they don’t deserve any!!!

Sofa and delivering good but was missold gliders. Don't buy them. 80 for a bit of plastic which has scratched my flooring anyway. Shocking !!!

Wonderful service and excellent customer service was not pushy one bit. I got a free foot stool to go with my 3 seater settee. I had fantastic service and will go back in future. Highly recommended. Bought the settee in May last year 2018

Shocking service. Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Don't waste your time and money with them. 2 months ago I've ordered throught their shop in York a 1.000 pounds brand new sofa. This morning i received a phone call from them saying that they have just realized (AFTER 2 MONTHS) that for some strangely reasons, my order has been cancelled and if i still want my sofa i have to wait after Xmas. No even an attempt to keep the customer happy. Just absolutely out of this world. Those people shouldn't be no even near the shop. Very very very poor service. Obviously I'got my new sofa from another shop and I only had to wait 10 days for it and not 2 months. Just ridiculous.
