Received a notification stating driver was a few minutes away. Then looking at the app to see where he was it showed that my parcel could not be delivered because the driver could not find the address. We have had several deliveries made by DOD in the past 3 months with no problem. We had one driver state that the satnav took him to a place across the road but he found us no problem. Why do some of these drivers rely solely on a satnav!! My address is on the post office list but when I try to put it into the DPD app it is not listed.

Didn't even receive a single calling card so wasn't aware of it. On the app it has 2 calling card numbers they apparently left me.
Incredibly poor service. Received an email saying the driver had attempted to deliver but missed me, with a picture attached of a completely different building. Clearly no effort made whatsoever. Given this is their entire job you’d think they would at least attempt to show some level of competence and professionalism. One call to DPD customer service later and apparently it was my fault he went to the wrong building! Was told he couldn’t come back even though it was their error and I live quite literally a one minute drive from the local depot. The customer service rep only seemed to begrudgingly do her job. I’ve usually had good experiences with DPD and thought this might be a one off, but looking at other reviews that clearly isn’t the case. Shocking service all round. If given the choice don’t use them!
Absolutely shocking service. I have been waiting a whole week for a delivery which has been sent out 4 times now. They just cant find our house. Despite numerous phone calls and messages in the special instructions details they still cant deliver... funny how royal mail, ocado and yodel can find us!!! Obviously unable to read and follow simple instructions. They simply do not care !!!
The package I ordered was marked as delivered, driver took a picture of the outside of the door and said it was received by myself. It was then taken back to the depot without me being told. I had to contact DPD to find out what had happened, when they said it could not be sent that day due to a logistical problem and it would be sent the following day. The following day (today) I'm still waiting and when I contact them again they tell me I need to contact the store I purchased it from so they can send DPD tracking details. Utterly ridiculous.
