fabulous! loved it. Duncombe Park is a great location and Helmsley is lovely. The park is enormous and a great place just to take a large group for a BBQ/picnic and games. The Steam Ralley (full weekend) was very well organised for parking and the layout of the displays arranged along a gentle sloping meadow. entrance 9 each including parking. Too many things to mention so look at my photos.

been attending for many years now/ good to know old friends from past years still attend/ actually met new friends this year, hope to see them again next year. Funny thing though, those who like it keep coming back- cant be that bad....keeping the tradition....pass the word on.

As usual, like similar rallys lots of what I call ice nutters\, who spend a lot of time and money on their traction engines (big and small) and classic cars. If there were only more of them around! My hat goes off to these enthusiasts!
