Nicest and most helpful staff. I had gone to 5 places, including two home hardware locations, before making it to Dupont Plumbing. The fact that they care about going the extra mile, especially when it comes to helping their customers solve problems, meant that mine was resolved quickly, professionally, and with a kindness and courteousness that is sadly becoming less and less common in Toronto. Jerry and his team took the time, explained and helped me to choose fixtures for BOTH my dream bathroom and recently kitchen! I highly recommend DuPont as they carry better name brands than anyone else and their prices are competitive. Thank you I could not have renovated without you guys!!
Use only as a last resort! No only do they overcharge you by 20% but also are rude. Clearly they do not need the business.
No need to shop anywhere else but Dupont Plumbing for your kitchen and bath fixtures. They have a wide array of items to choose from and will assist in any way they can to order products they do not have in store. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I recently called their store and spoke to Jerry about a leaky toilet and he was so patient in trying to help me diagnose the problem; thank you again Jerry!
Needed to outfit four washrooms with faucets, showers, tubs etc. Researched and visited many plumbing stores for quality, knowledge, customer service and price point. Dupont Plumbing was my final decision and Jerry was my salesperson. I am forever grateful for the patience and time that he devoted to my 4 projects. Jerry guided me through a myriad of catelogues, understanding the design expectations and designated budget. Our family is extremely pleased with the high quality but affordable items that were purchased. Highly recommended for any of your washroom/kitchen plumbing projects.
