Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, I love that the staff is still going to work every day. I know someone who works here and I have been told how insanely busy they are. Their arrangements are always so beautiful and even though they are overpriced; it was crazy to find out how much work truly goes into making them. This will be where I order gifts from now on!

Fabulous service when I stopped by as they were closing to answer a question regarding my online account.
Last 2 times I ordered from them, they forgot cards, stuffed animals and balloons. This wouldn't be a big deal...if they weren’t overpriced and about a third of my bill. Going back to Sherry’s Berries, at least they include everything they charge you for.
They should let you know what's their cut off time instead of taking your payment then get a phone call telling u they can't deliver. Not good at all
