The most important thing I noticed about Raul at Empire was that he is not there to make the most money off your vehicle, he is actually there to work with you as his customer/friend. He puts you and your needs first as appose to making that one extra dollar. I was having some post accident issues with my car and as the original body shop was giving me such a hard time and causing me alot of stress, Empire was recommended to me by my brother. I brought my car to Raul and I must say this is the place to go for all your auto needs. Raul and his staff are so easy to deal with, they are the most honest and polite people I have dealt with in the industry. Raul knew how much stress these issues had been causing me and he made sure to make the situation a lot less stressful and easy going, he dealt with the insurance appraiser and made sure everything was provided in a timely manner. Raul was quick to answer my phone calls and text message responding to everything I had questions or inquiries about and he never once brushed me off. I'm really glad I was referred here because now I will not want another place for body/maintenance on my car. When the vehicle was delivered to me, it was spotless on the inside so this was a fantastic bonus to me. I cant THANK enough Raul and his team for the amazing work and process of getting my ride fixed!
Empire is the place to take your car for any body/paint work. Raul does Porche quality at Honda prices. I recommend him to all my friends, and they always are so grateful after. Thanks for keeping my cars looking brand new!
