Good cocktails and easy ordering system with individual table QR codes. Like that you can choose to pay by card when the drinks arrive so you don't have to fill in all your details. Only issue is the outside space can be a bit cold, even with heaters! Happy to go back but will try and sit inside and wear a warm coat in case we can't!

Great atmosphere, the prices were a little on the expensive side and my friend got a drink tipped on her by a nearby waiter (bless him, he was lovely) she got a free shot as an apology and no harm done. A few of the drinks weren't to my taste but that's pretty much guaranteed with such an extensive menu!

My favourite cocktail bar in the city of York. Its friendly, amazing variety of drinks and fab place to enjoy. Food is incredible, with a South East Asian flair - some of the best I have had out of the area. The drinks take a while to make fresh and are good value for money. A must stop on a night out, have to say loving the order at table service during Covid times rather than fighting at the bar like normal.

The staff in this place are incredible. Ive never known a bar where the staff pay so much attention to their guests. They invite you in warmly with Impeccible manners and serve you with incredible attention to detail.

There's a couple places I always try to go when I'm in York and this is definitely one. It's pretty unique to York, I don't think any other city I've been has a cocktail menu this extensive and an atmosphere quite like this! Always lovely service and lovely drinks, we'll worth the price.

There is little to be said about this place. We come here regularly for impromptu over night stays in York and will end our night out here. Great gins, cocktails and endless drink combos. Super value for money too. With Covid restrictions in place the staff have endless energy and enthusiastic customer service. I am lucky enough to have drunk in most culturally active cities throughout Europe but still Evil Eye in York is in my opinion a true leader. Well done as ever and keep going with the order by app system delivered to your table......
