The owners have been looking after our cat for over a year now and they take such good care of her. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and fill us with confidence about leaving fidget. She always returns in such good condition. Thank you so much.

I had emergency surgery one week before my cat was to stay. I emailed the owner from my hospital bed to advise I had to postpone my holiday until 6 weeks later. She refused to transfer my deposit which actually was over 50% of the total stay to the amended booking 6 weeks later. No compassion or understanding. Happy to share email correspondence if needed. I would suggest looking at more reputable businesses in the local area. Very disappointing

Just got my seven month old kitty back today after a week away, he's in fine fettle, fairly chilled, looks like he's had a restful time! Michelle was lovely, and the cat runs all looked clean and well maintained. I can highly recommend. :)

Very friendly, when we arrived and my cat had had a little accident on his blanket they offered to wash it straight away so he could still use it for the week. They put a scratching post in his large space to keep him entertained and gave him lots of cuddles while we were there. When our cat came home he was so chilled. No stress from being away which he had been previously when left at a different cattery. Can't thank Michelle enough. Great service!
