They won't give you a refund for Cyberpunk not even the full amount in store credit. Went to Monks Cross seeing if the no refunds policy was true or not and they said they should've given it out. So, if you like loosing your money at this store and wanting a refund the game good luck. Certainly out for blood than just understanding the current situation of the game itself. Patches will fix the game but it won't make it better. I didn't pay 55 pound/ask for a broken game at launch. I paid for the fomo and hope it would work at launch. If fixed, it will still be disappointing and marginally broken. At that point I only would buy it on sale with the new consoles. Besides, the boss of that store in town liked taking the money but oh no not a full somewhat of a refund. Even though it was sealed Monks cross gave me a full refund in store credit. it was done deal at that point as I just wanted something to play and open during the holidays because the town was telling me 33 pounds or go way while making me look like a Karen. I do understand open play it then return it all that jazz but the game was sealed and it was rushed out to sell so it's something that no gamer should stand for *shrug* I knew full well I wouldn't get real money when returning it because it's game that's what they do as was just hoping on it as a bonus. Did I say they should've just dished it out in the first place said by one manger at monks cross? Considering cd did say refunds as the manufacture. Well, Game York have done goofed. sure if you have cyberpunk from here you won't get a credit refund.

My autistic son went to his first party here and loved it. The staff were great. I don't know how much it costs to have a party here but I would definitely recommend it.
This a game shop that you can play games in . I think it's 5 ph loads of games great service verry cool will be back . Well worth having a look
Friendly staff good selection of new and second hand games
Superb game store. They have an Arena where you can spend your time playing game on high quality equipment. Games are up to date, and some even have collector edition. The staff are friendly and they were very helpful when i ask about pre ordering games. They have frequent deals and they also have second hand gaming equipments. Overall i will come back here frequently.
