Ginger Babies catered our daughter's wedding and the food and service were fabulous! Joe was so easy to work with, providing endless menu options at a very reasonable cost. On the day of the wedding he and his staff checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was satisfactory and we received many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was. The chefs, servers and bartenders were so friendly and professional and they all went above and beyond our expectations to help make it a wonderful evening. Thanks Joe and company!

Advent Lutheran Church Leisure Group had Ginger Babies cater our Christmas dinner this year (2019). We ordered a full course turkey dinner buffet. The caterer arrived on time set everything up with beautiful buffet servers. The turkey buffet could NOT have been better. Great food good and hot. Yes we had a great meal, every member was well pleased. The price was very good and all members voted after the meal to have GINGER BABIES back next again December!
My Wife and I couldn't be happier with our choice of caterer for our wedding a few weeks ago. Joe and the staff at Ginger Babies went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was the best that it could possibly be. Joe worked with us personally to work out a menu to fit all of our guests varied dietary needs. The food was delicious and fresh (chicken was grilled on site!), perfect for an early summer wedding. Our guests raved about the food. We chose the buffet style and the staff graciously packaged up the leftovers for us to take home, which was an unexpected bonus! Joe was easily accessible throughout the entire wedding planning process and was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. We would recommend to anyone looking for a caterer in the York, PA area!
I used Ginger Babies for my wedding in June. They were hands down unbelievable!! Professional, kind, hardworking and down right fantastic. I have to share one of my experiences with you. When I got married my father had just passed away 7 months before. So my brother did the first dance with me. We did it to a slow, non traditional song sang by Ted Hawkins (one of my dads favorite singers), the song was “Long as I can see the Light”. As you could imagine it was quite emotional, for everyone is the tent. But as I was dancing I noticed that all of the staff had stopped working and stopped moving to witness a beautiful moment in my life. They did not have to stop, they did not have to pay attention, but they remained still until the end of the song, and then all clapped at the very end. You don’t know how much I appreciate that small gesture of reverence in a night that was filled with happiness and joy! Thank you so much!
I used Ginger Babies to cater my wedding, and I had an excellent experience. Joe was very nice and everything was perfect for the wedding. I highly recommend the tortellini with the asparagus cream sauce. It's the best pasta sauce I've ever had, and I think my guests appreciated the uniqueness of it (or at least unique to me; I'd never heard of asparagus pasta sauce until then). The mashed potatoes are also pretty bomb.
