My family and I were moving to a different province and were told we would be charged a certain amount for delivery and receive our items within 10 days. We were charged almost double and waited 2 months until we got our delivery. Customer service was completely unprofessional and did not cooperate whatsoever in locating our items. They told me they had no idea when we would even receive our items and would even begin yelling at me when as they refused to answer these questions. Once I did recieve the delivery, I was charged 2000 extra and some items were missing. Furniture that wasn't even ours was also a part of the delivery. This was a highly frustrating experience; the company is a total scam.

If i could give them 0 starts I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had given me a date range for pick up, but then delayed pick up because their truck was full. But when I had called them, it sounded like they had forgotten to organize my pick up. By then I had to fly out of Vancouver and had to arrange for someone else to let them into my apartment to pick things up. But when I called them back to confirm, they delayed my pick up once again and said that they wouldn't be able to pick up until the next week - which would've been into the new month, when the new tenants moved in. Overall my pick up was delayed 10 days. When I called their office, they would send me on a wild goose chase to speak to someone and no one had any information. Alex was rude and yelled at me. In the end I went with a different moving service (Atlas Van Lines) - more expensive, but they were able to pick up and drop off when they said they were going to, and their customer service was amazing. Funny thing is, Alex had called me weeks after to say his drivers were having a hard time reaching me... but they didn't even have my belongings as I didn't use their service... hahah. What a joke.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! They garuntee 5-10 business days for your stuff to arrive, I've been waiting almost 30 days now An still haven't got my stuff. There customer service is a joke, they are very rude an unprofessional. Telling me it could take up to 50 days to get my things. I will NEVER use this ridiculous company again! Nothing but a run around since they took my things. Telling me it would be in late next week, 3 weeks in a row! NEVER use this stupid company. They've made me lose jobs because of all my tools, and life are with them right now. I asked for some sort of compensation, but they refuse to reasonable. This place is a JOKE!!!
This company is a Scam. The owner was arrested yesterday for Fraud & Theft. He was offering low prices for moving & storage & then would ask for more money or he would destroy my stuff. STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
If I could give them a zero I would. Worst moving experience I've ever had. Tney left the brand new carpets in my home filthy, smashed two boxes of china, chipped paint off a stool and marked the freshly painted walls. They were contracted by Capital Moving and Transport and although Capital told me these were claimable damages. Green Movers considers them \small\ issues that routinely happen and refuse to cover even the cleaning of my carpets. Stay away from them and Capital Moving and Transport.
