My bus was late everytime I came... But the staff member was caring and patient
I use the York, PA greyhound station to ride to and from Harrisburg several times a year. Each time, my visit in the station is great. The place is clean, well stocked and the bathroom is clean. I enjoy conversation with the station manager & he keeps passengers informed of any changes in schedule - which is reassuring.
When you go to order bus tickets on line it keeps sending you tge wrong address for location;ie i would enter York, PA and it would change to York.Alabama.
Parking is a bit confusing. Then some lady cussed me and my friend out. Instead of nicely explaining. She was rude. Watch out this is woman

Nice station. They take care of their customers. Best prices on shipping as well. I've used them for shipping several of my pieces over the years.
My service was amazing the teller danielle was friendly and very helpful can wait too ride with the york terminal again
