Gung Ho gave me exactly what I was looking for. I visited Gung Ho after a bad experience at a nearby shop. I was looking for a budget conscious road bike and the employee at the other nearby shop tried upselling me to something costing about 1000 dollars more than my budget. The employees at Gung Ho listened to my needs and budget and I left there with a bike that met all my needs and cost way less than I planned on spending. The service was well above what I expected and I'll definitely be back

I typically do not write reviews on company's or on a personally owned business.After no response and no text or call back I felt compelled to. I went into their bike shop on or around August 17th. I inquired on ordering a new Specialized mountain bike. Now before even going into the store I knew because of the current pandemic with Covid, there most likely wouldn't be any bikes for sale. I talked to an employee, and as expected he said they didn't have any bikes and it would have to be ordered. So I said can i order and pay now, he said no. He said he would order and then contact me once the bike came into the store, and it would be roughly about 2 months. I didn't hear anything after 2 months . On December 8th I reached out . I called the store on December 8th . The employee asked for the information on the type of bike I wanted /ordered back in August and then he texted the my number and asked the same questions. As of December 23rd and me calling the store and texting back the number I had received the from the employee, I have yet to hear anything. Zero response. All I asked for was consideration on what happened with the order and when a new one could be ordered again, if in fact the order was lost, or never ordered to begin with. This one review Im sure will be overlooked and not effect the business, but as a York resident I will NOT do any future business with them.
