I can’t thank Dave, Neil and crew as well as the office staff at Rufforth enough. My mobile phone went out with my cardboard recycling by mistake and they were incredibly kind in isolating the container when it got back to the depot and then painstakingly searching through the paper and card. They found my phone! What customer service and determination! Thanks so much!

Nice set up and large company. Would consider working for YorWaste but for now I'm happy where I am. Only down side is sometimes it can take a while to get tipped in the newly built shed but all brings overtime for me
