I tried to place an order.... very impressed with voice saying someone will answer in 5 minutes then again someone will answer in 3 minutes...... then Nothing!! noone answered the phone which I let ring for a lot more than 3 minutes.... very disappointing!!

Disgusting how the staff talk to you. Thought I had gone back 35 yrs was at school. Will not be returning. Customer service skills needed. Big sale lost.
Great variety of healthy food that it's impossible to find in a supermarket! Surely the price are higher but it's worth it. Nice staff and good products
First off, very sad and distressing to read Andy's in depth review below. My visits/experience to/of this H&B store have only ever been top notch service. Really helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable staff who care deeply and are passionate about what they do. Yesterday I was served by Graham, who has served me before. Graham is a fount of knowledge, but also he walks the walk, as from his own experiences he knows what he's talking about, so his advice and help carries extra punch and kudos. I like the songsheet you are singing from! Also time is an impressive factor from my experience in this shop. Staff have always had time to discuss various options with you and you do not feel rushed or hassled or a nuisance. Or stupid! Really good 1 to 1 personal service, so don't be afraid to ask questions. You will get loads of help and advice. Very valuable. I appreciate the efforts, time and dedication. Thank you. And note to Graham, you are not "just" an anything, lol. Love the size of the shop too, the choice and selection are wonderful and love all the deals and offers. I shall keep visiting, only sorry that Andy had such a bad experience in his predicament. ️️
A larger and usual store with plenty on offer. Helpful staff. I usually go for the vegan cheese which is often on offer for bulk purchase.
