Beautiful stay! Quaint, cosy b&b located pretty close to town. Spacious room was clean & warm. Nice little farm out the back with animals, gorgeous view of the stars at night. Hosts have local knowledge and included me in their place, very comfortable to be around. Would highly recommend! Good value for money.
Brilliant stay at Hope Farm. Hosts Jo and Mike are welcoming and helpful with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.
Mike and Jo are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was fantastic and very filling- the best I've had during my holiday. It was such a treat to be able to taste their home-grown produce, especially their award-winning eggs! The bedroom and guest lounge room were gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Location was fantastic- close to the town centre, but in a lovely quiet rural setting. Also, the free and fast Wifi was a great plus! Such a great place to relax and unwind, and I'll definitely return for my next holiday.

Gorgeous heritage accommodation with everything that’s needed for a great few days away. Simple & elegant room with quality linen and towels, and welcoming hosts who went the extra mile to cater for dietary requirements at breakfast. Great location in an elevated area of York. Friendly hosts, comfortable room, good facilities in the guest lounge. Pleasant gardens, easy parking, in a historic building. Breakfast excellent, with local and home grown produce.
