I gave Husbands Helpers a 500 down payment for deck work to be done at my house. A family emergency came up and When I asked for the money to be returned in full the owner said no and raised his voice at my wife. Not a good company to employ to have work done. Jerry
It is now 4:40pm and husband’s helpers was supposed to be here at 4 to discuss work we wanted done. Tried to call, no answer. Update: at 4:45 I did receive a call back. Unfortunately they were delayed and due to scheduling conflicts a reschedule was not feasible at this time. I still wish a call beforehand had been given but I understand that he was unable to reach his phone taking care of a client. Second update: after another call today, we were able to set a time for the estimate. Just as our initial conversation was, he is polite and professional.
Ken and Eddie are great to work with! Quick work, reasonable prices, nice guys. They installed a dishwasher, toilet, and sink for us.
Terrific work each time! Professional and transparent throughout. After a couple of poor contractor experiences in the York area, Husbands Helper has been great. I highly recommend Husbands Helper. We will use them for all of our projects.
