I would give ten stars if I could. My first visit to buy something for my nine month old grandaughter. It's a lovely shop, plenty of different stuff. What I like about it is you can look around without staff coming up to you & being in your face. The staff are lovely, she also said there is a shop in Nottingham but unfortunately we don't go to Notts! But I love this York store

JoJo is a good shop - the products are great quality and they are beautiful. However, here for me lies the issue. This is a premium brand selling at premium prices - think 3 bodysuits in M&S the price of 1 here - sadly the service is not premium to match. Yes the staff are typically helpful & friendly - but there is no store to store transfer of stock if an item you want is at another store. You cannot dispose of nappies in store - not a major issue but again, a premium brand selling at premium prices and you can't cover the cost of nappy disposal for your customers? Sorry, for me it's a bit like Disney World, you walk around in awe but soon the cracks start to appear and you realise it's all a bit of a show.
Sells some very cute clothing and accessories for babies, toddlers, and young children. Also has a decent selection of educational and entertaining toys for babies and tots.
