This was my first time buying carpets and I’m so pleased I found Kings Carpets. They are really friendly, professional and bent over backwards to help us as we needed the carpets fitting in a very tight schedule. They achieved this for us. The carpets look great and are really well fitted. I also thought their prices were very reasonable as well. If I need any flooring in the future, I will definitely come back to Kings carpets. Love my new bedroom carpet! This is the third carpet I have had supplied & fitted by Kings Carpets - and I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. So easy to deal with. Great showroom at Clifton Moor giving you so much choice. Booking in was easy - excellent communication and constant updates from the lovely Donna. We actually finished our decorating quicker than we thought we would and they even managed to bring the fitting forward a week for us! Indications of times given the day before fitting and then a call from the fitter on the day to give you a more specific idea of time. Brilliant service throughout. Can’t recommend enough - I have a lush, squidgy bedroom carpet in time for Xmas

Fantastic service from start to finish! Donna and Hollie are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, from helping choose the carpet in the showroom, to measuring up the rooms at the house. The carpet arrived quickly and then fitting was booked without delay. The fitters were polite and friendly and did a great job with a very difficult staircase. Fantastic friendly service from a lovely family run business. The carpet is beautiful and has just the right amount of sparkle and my feet just sink into it. It was for a large bedroom and was fitted within half an hour so very efficient service too! Would highly recommend King's Carpets & Flooring, they have a large selection to choose from in their showroom and there is no hard sell, they are a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
