Called them on 2 separate occasions for the same windshield replacement. Said they were with a customer and would call right back. No call back. Understand it was a Subaru Outback with " eyesight" which needed re- calibration". If they were not equipped with this knowledge and experience...they should of just let me know instead of blowing me off?
