I went to the Lazy Boy showroom in York, PA. The store was beautifully laid out. I was lucky to have Mary Madden help me select just the perfect couch. Mary listened to what I was looking for and showed me all she had that fit my criteria. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I never felt pressured or forced to look at something I would not be interested in. She had many great suggestions as to different features she thought I might like. It was so easy to find the right couch for me. What a wonderful experience! I could not be happier. Thanks Mary!!!

From the minute I walked into the store I felt quality. I was immediately assisted by Kay and given a tour of the store. Incredibly helpful in finding items I was looking for. Then I was introduced to Richard who took over the details of my fabric and custom order. Such great teamwork. Would recommend them highly for a great furniture purchasing experience. Old fashioned and wonderful customer service!

Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and very nice, He made us feel right at home. He took his time with us and showed us everything we wanted to see. The selection of reclining chairs was very large and there was a good selection of different cloths and options for each chair. I would recommend your store to anyone if they are shopping for furniture. The only drawback to the whole experience was the length of time it will take for us to receive our chairs, 4-6 months!

We worked with Barry at the York, PA, store. My husband and I had been doing household chores all day, and arrived in our sweats. Barry, seeing our manner of dress, directed us to the lower priced end of the products we expressed interest in. When we explained that we were looking for something with some pricier features, he was very responsive to our request, and guided us through the process of selecting a piece that met our needs- without hovering over us. After choosing a piece, we left to check out another store, but quickly returned when we realized the quality and price of La-Z-Boy couldn’t be matched. We’re very happy with our purchase.

Kay is the designer & salesperson who helped me. She was great. She let me take my time deciding & didn't rush me. She explained everything thoroughly and showed me many options. The store carries a huge variety of merchandise. Quality of products seems very good. Disappointed with the 4-6 month wait for delivery.

Our experience was great, the furniture was fantastic quality. We actually visited two other furniture stores and came back to this store. Barry was wonderful, informative and very patient. We’re getting a beautiful couch at a very reasonable price with free delivery.

Overall the experience was pretty good. Unfortunately, the chair I ordered was not in stock and needed to be ordered. The order took several more weeks to be fulfilled than originally stated. They were able to deliver my chair to my house and they have a pretty accurate shipment tracking application. The delivery ran a little later than initially stated, but they called and informed me in plenty of time to make schedule adjustments. They brought it in and set it up. My only disappointment was that the chair does not come with arm or headrest covers like my previous La-Z-Boy recliner did. I called sales and they told me I could order a set for an additional 90. I feel these should have been included. Other than that, I am greatly satisfied with my new chair.

I just wanted to share that we had an amazing experience working with Barry! We are around 30 years old and felt very ignored at other furniture stores, possibly because of our age.
