Lakeside is our Chosen site we have Camped there many times over the years and Now have the pleasure of Having our Caravan Stored there To use as and when We are able to Use it, The place can only be Described as a Little piece of Heaven on Earth Spotless thanks to the Endevours of Tony and Liz Under the Watchful Eye of Owner Richard , The peace and Quite plus the Fishing Make Lakeside The Perfect Site to Visit , Shopping Close by plus York is only a short drive away .*****

We recently spent a glorious week at the caravan site. It was our first outing in our caravan and found the site clean, tidy and in a tranquil setting for a fishing break. Fishing was great with a mix of all weights and breeds of fish including a Pike 9lbs which was a shock on pellet. Staff are friendly and very helpful and local shops are close by. Highly recommend a vist!

Best fishing venue around York. Overheard a fellow angler at Lakeside a couple of weeks ago, who said “a bad day’s fishing here is like a good day anywhere else”. He wasn’t wrong! Each and every visit the fishing has been superb. First class venue and I couldn’t recommend Lakeside highly enough.
