Had a couple of problems with the caravan. Bought the bits needed to repair it. Nice friendly staff helpful. Prices not bad good for a caravan shop.

After a tough year & working through all lockdowns we are enjoying our much needed,long awaited weekend away in our motorhome.however we had a problem with our water connection on our first day.as the motorhome is still under warranty from where we purchased it in Derby,we rang ebor leasure world on Malton road.and a really helpful young man called Harvey agreed to look at it for us.he was so helpful & polite,and although very very busy he checked it out & solved the problem within 10 minutes..THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH HARVEY,you saved our weekend & we are so grateful.ebor leasure world you have a member of staff here that you should be so proud of he is a valuable asset to you company.Thanks once again . No customer service We bought our van and store it at Ebor York. We had it serviced and had work done. On looking at the van we found it not in its slot and the work unfinished. When calling ebor York you are cut off ...hung up in...promised call backs that never happen. Yesterday I was hung up in 5times ion the service line. I did call the sales line which surprise surprise is always answered to speak to the manager who Also never calls back. I have also tried email and letters. I was promised that the work would be fine and the van washed for free to say sorry. Thanks to the ladies at catterick I upsettjngky was informed that it would not be ready as promised and it would now be done next Thursday. I don't believe for one minute that it will be fine. They have destroyed any trust I have in them.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had dealings with. They are great at selling you things but when it comes to rectifying faults or grievances, the company do not want to know. They will try any means to push there responsibility with regards to warranties onto other parties to such an extent that I am considering legal action against them over a warranty matter. It is impossible to talk with anyone face to face about after sales issues. I have given 1 star because I cannot give them any less. Do not deal with this company

Good parking level access a good range of spares etc which was the purpose of my visit. Helpfull staff .

This is a location I have used since 2004. I have got to say since Leisure World Group took over it has only got better. My last visit was for a minor replacement of equipment on my caravan. The caravan shop is well laid out. The staff are approachable and friendly. The have very knowledgeable sales and servicing staff. If you want a caravan or a motor home this is a very good place to start. I am on my third caravan from here. I have found sales and after sales to be first class. Hence the 5 Star.
