Customer service in the area of bug, rodent, and snake repellent was excellent. Wish I could remember the young lady's name. Very knowledgeable. Just couldn't ask for better. She was working that area on 10-17-2020 @ around 1:00-2:00 pm. Wish I could remember her name. She had long, dark, curly / wavy hair. Anyway she is an asset to Lowe's in York,SC. Excellent service!! Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, she made the experience definitely worth coming back.

We needed command strips to put up a smaller mirror and a picture. We went in and found them right away and were checked out with the self check out in less than 6 minutes. This location is super convenient, but a lot smaller than some of the other Lowe's. Everyone was working hard, had on masks, and looked friendly.

I used Lowe’s to have a fence installed on my property. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for installation. Well, 8 weeks later the fence was installed. The company Lowe’s used to install the fence did a very poor job and had to come back out 2 weeks later to redo and fix the fence. I asked a Lowe’s customer service representative what Lowe’s would do due to this huge inconvenience i experienced. Needles to say, i haven’t heard a single word back. DON’T USE LOWES FOR ANY TYPE OF FENCE INSTALL!
