Absolutely full of wonderful Dolls and Teddies. Very helpful owner who looked after my personal visit to the shop. Also a collection of miniatures for furnishing your Dolls houses.

Overcharged us, lied about it, then ignored us Made two purchases here, first with cash (19 for a penguin, paid for with child's holiday money from his purse), second with card (c.24 for a rabbit, bought by adult as a gift). No receipt given for the cash purchase. On arriving home, realised they'd overcharged us by almost 30% on the card transaction. When brought to their attention, they fabricated a story that this was to make up a shortfall on the cash purchase \as the child only had 10\ - completely made up as there was more than enough in his purse, and the remaining money in there showed that a 20 note had been spent. When we asked for evidence, they said they'd eviewed CCTV footage\ that showed \multiple crumpled notes being handed over\ and no change given, and two other people in the shop verified the conversation re making up the difference on the card had happened. Both of these people work there. We asked to see the footage, and for a copy of the till receipt to demonstrate that the cash transaction had only been 10 as they claimed, and they IGNORED OUR MESSAGE, AND HAVE IGNORED EVERY SUBSEQUENT MESSAGE. So basically they have stolen 9 from us - 10 if you count the 1 change they didn't give us for the cash transaction (we were distracted by the following sale so didn't notice the child had not received change, and he's 6 years old so it probably never occurred to us that they would steal from him). We've given them every opportunity to rectify this, and to reply to our messages, but they've simply stopped responding. We don't live close by unfortunately otherwise I would have returned to the shop in person to resolve; I wonder how much money they have made by doing this to other holidaymakers. Please, do not shop here, their goods can be sourced elsewhere and online for less, we only went here because we were passing by.
