Been banking here for 8 years and they SEVERELY lack consistency in procedures, wait times, and how they’ll handle the same exact situation just a different time. They like to pick and choose when my card will work without notifying me. They’re great if you always have a back up form of payment.

About a year ago someone mine and my husband's bank card number and was charging stuff at a Macy's store out of state so the bank gave us the money back well recently someone somehow was using my husband's card number in Lincoln at the mall at footlocker and the dickeys sports store as well as purchased a couple sandwiches at the food court, well the bank cancelled my husband's card and is giving us the money back but will not give him another card because apparently we cost them too much money. Since when is it the victims fault? We don't even shot at those places. I use to love this bank until now.
