Such wonderful service! When my mother went to Molly Browns for a mother of the bride dress, we were instantly made to feel at ease. The lady who helped us was honest and supportive, providing advice on what shapes would suit my mum, who had been nervous about the appointment. We walked out with a stunning outfit that gives her confidence. Will definitely be going back for some shoes...

Absolutely loved our entire experience. Truly a five star company with helpful staff and high quality products. My mum and I enjoyed shopping for my prom dress so much and actually forgot to book an appointment, however the staff were more than happy to help us even though we must have been a mild nuisance! The dresses I tried were all beautiful. The two staff who helped us (at different times) both were super encouraging and helped us choose my perfect dress. A massive thank you from both of us for making our experience very relaxing and not stressful and a day we’ll always remember.

My MOTB outfit arrived the day before 2nd lockdown. I needed the next size up but was concerned about returning the outfit to an empty shop. I emailed as as advised and Hayley replied immediately, as did Benjamin who called me to became my point of contact. I was given a temporary return address and he arranged for my replacement which came within the week. I absolutely love my outfit and cannot fault the professional and friendly service from staff! I will definitely recommend this store and hope to visit from Cheshire when we can, post lockdown!
