Excellent service! Under COVID-19 restrictions, I couldn’t of asked for a better service. Great communication via email. Very friendly staff! They defiantly go the extra mile for there customers.And the car was in absolutely prestige condition on collections. I am one very Happy customer!

I have always bought used cars from people I know so I was very nervous buying from a dealer for the first time. I had found the perfect replacement car online and so booked a test drive. The guy at Monks Cross Used Cars was really friendly and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and when I came back to pick the car up they set it up ready for me to just drive off i.e connecting my phone, adjusting the seats etc. I also used their garage when I got a nail in my tyre and they were really helpful and went the extra mile. I have had no problems with the car and it has just passed its MOT after a year of driving. I feel like I got the car I wanted at a fair price with great customer service and I would highly recommend Monks Cross Used Cars.

Bought without seeing due to distance - Failed new MOT (that MC Cars had done) with several advisories only 1 month after passing elsewhere - this says their MOT's are spot on and not cowboy - all advisories put right by MC Cars. New front brakes and pads (never part of the deal or needed for MOT \u003e thanks).. Good communication throughout and even a follow up call to check all was well. FIVE STARS!!!
