I took my mandolin into Phil for a repair to the pick up during COVID and he did a brilliant job in quick time. The service both online and at the shop is brilliant, and you are dealing with musicians who obviously love what they do. I highly recommend.

Phil and his partner are such a breath of fresh air! I can of recommend them highly enough for their customer service, standard of work, professionalism and care of each customer. I had two guitars serviced by Phil today at short notice, and I was cared for as if I were spending 10,000 on a rare Gibson. Amazing! Especially in this difficult retail climate - the team at MOR Music are there, and helping customers. Just had two guitars fully set up by Phil at Mor Music they now play absolutely fantastic , I made an enquiry regarding what was involved and received an e mail back next day giving me all the details and costs, and works that may be required to sort out the intonation and set up, I dropped them off at the shop and whilst keeping our distances because of the Covid . Phil took the time to explain possible problems that are common on guitars and kept me up to date with the progress , I would highly recommend Phil and Lynne of Mor Music for their friendly efficient professional approach and very very cost effective pricing , If you are in the market for a musical instrument or a repair don't hesitate contact this shop. Superb Service 5 stars is not enough.
