The man I spoke too was rude and unhelpful didn't point me in the right direction of who I needed too phone next! Spoke to me in a sarcastic tone terrible customer service will not be phoning these people again!
Sent me a bill for over 300 in unpaid service charges that I didn't owe! As usual for an agent, they take the money (for doing very little) but none of the responsibility. Edit: Once again, they have invoiced me for service charges that I simply do not owe! Their incompetence knows no bounds.
Very unhelpful people, not interested in serving the customers they represent.
