Used Murr skip hire a few times now, always great service, very helpful, would definitely recommend.
We booked for a certain time to drop and collect in one go. They arrived 2 hours earlier and said that we could just call when ready for them to pick it back up. When I queried what would of happened had we not been in at the time I was informed they'd of dropped the skip off on the drive and just left it which is irresponsible. We explained we work night shifts (which was why we booked for a certain time and immediate collection in the first place) so we would need pick up as soon as we were finished, we were assured this would happen. Later when we called to arrange the pick up the answer was it'll be just picked up \when they get there\. When it was eventually collected and we went to pay no change was available so had to call to pay the difference. No apology made at any point despite admitting fault. Over all terrible organisation on their part and poor experience and customer service from start to finish.
Excellent service - no fuss, great price. Would use again.
