I have seen and read other folk's reviews but I have had nothing but polite, friendly, helpful service each time I have been in. They look after me and my Mondaine Swiss railways watch with care and attention. Replacement straps are not always easy to come by, but the obliging chap here has always managed to help me. So thank you. And I'd recommend you.

Took my Michael Kors watch in for a battery replacement. The job was done, the watch was full of grease on the glass but i didn't took much notice when leaving the shop. Only later on in the day i realized that in fact when he replaced the battery he must have forced it in so hard that it cracked the face of the watch. It was too late to go back, should have looked at it properly whilst in the shop. Please don't risk your watch and go somewhere more reputable!!!
Took three months to get my watch serviced; kept being told the owner was 'busy'. Eventually got the watch back- it runs fast, like five minutes an hour fast. Would take it back and ask them to do the job properly given the money I paid, but really not prepared to wait another three months.
Very very poor customer service. Dealt with these people just over a week before xmas in the hope of getting a watch repaired for a xmas present. As agreed with them, planned a collection date but after making a special trip to collect, was told part not arrived. No attempt to contact me. Rearrange a further collection date for xmas eve,made another special trip into town. Shop all in darkness, and contact number they gave me on first visit, just cuts dead. Appaulling that these people manage to have any customers. Would not recommend them whatsoever. Now 26th December and still no watch! Disgusted
