Fantastic shop and fantastic experience from Paul. I enquired about a kit that I’ve been wanting and unfortunately he didn’t have it at the time. After communicating with me and letting me know I went on to buy the kit off Amazon for a considerably more than I would of liked however I was desperate for it. Paul then got back to me to let me know he had the kit. I then cancelled my amazon order and Paul got the kit to me for much less. I’m a very happy customer. Check out there shop it’s awesome it’s just down the road from Cliffords tower. They have a great range off stuff for all modellers and they are very fairly priced. Pop in even if you only spend a few quid and keep a good friend local model shop alive. Thanks Paul!!!
I had an excellent experience dealing with Paul at P&S Hobbies. Paul took great pains to diagnose the issue with my MLGB decoder, trying extensively to repair it as a first course of action. After discovering it was irreparable, we agreed on an upgrade decoder which Paul installed at no extra cost. I was very impressed with the amount of time put into getting to the root of the problem, and training me on the ins and outs of digital control. I would have no hesitation in recommending P&S to anyone with bespoke G Scale, LGB or Massoth needs. Alex
