Love everything about this bank, from their services, multiple locations, community support and their friendly employees. I also like that they have real time deposits and don't float my money. I definitely recommend People's Bank.

Bad from the start! Right off the bat they got my phone number wrong which made it impossible for me to activate my bank card. I opted in for overdraft manager during this pandemic just in case it's needed. Turns out it was needed but I have to wait 3 months before that goes into effect. I only needed 4 extra. When I called to inquire, I'm told it's in the paperwork that I signed but lo and behold it's not. Another thing they seem to mess up right off the bat. Not to mention I got hung up on because it was close to them closing for the day and she didn't have time for me. No ma'am, I won't be calling back instead I'm going to make a visit there to close my account.
