Excellent service for my online order. I placed the order just before 4pm, and had it delivered just after 6pm. Way faster than Prime and it felt great to help a local business. Appreciated that the packaging did not involve any additional plastic bags. Excellent first impression!

The owner is lovely and so accommodating. The employees are all very helpful and friendly. They are doing a great job at curb-side pickup- it is very organized and they have updated their website to make shopping during the pandemic easy. They have a great selection of food, treats, clothing, and toys. Before lockdown I brought my dog in to try on jackets and they were so patient and allowed her to try on multiple jackets to find the best fit. Great shop.
This is Fozzy's favourite store! He misses going inside but it will happen soon! Friendly staff members and a wonderful variety of pet needs without being overwhelming like most big box pet stores!

Today the Korean lady refused to sell me for not wearing a mask, I explained to her that Im exempted from wearing a mask, (I'm sure still legal in Canada), after I witness her the owner and 2 other employees talking to each other not even 1 meter away, not wearing a mask seconds ago, inside the store beside the cashier, why the hypocrisy, don't know... Don't trust her toy products most of them are Chinese imports.. PLEASE NOTE - No person should be: Required to provide proof of exemption or Turned away from indoor public spaces, enclosed common areas or designated outdoor spaces if unable to wear a mask. Please educate yourself pet mama..
