This is my favorite pet store in York because of one particular person. Henry is hands down the most knowledgeable pet store employee I've seen around here. He's been exceptionally helpful whenever we needed anything, and we saw him giving good advice to novice pet owners. I highly recommend getting fish and other pets from this store.
Great store! Friendly atmosphere for pets. The grooming staff is great! They went above and beyond to provide great service for my older dog and his people.
Very clean and well organized store, easy to find items, and helpful associates for any item that we could not find, also a vast array of different cat foods as well as some very nice oval, shallow dishes to help prevent “whisker stress” in 2 of our cats with extremely long whiskers.
The customer service is excellent. Employees were both knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find the correct products and were great on helping me with pet decisions.
