Responded to my enquiry about repairing cracked Huawei screen quickly with a reasonable price quote. Took it into the shop the next day and it was repaired quickly while I waited in York. Cannot tell it was ever broken. Very happy with service provided.

Got a case and screen protector for my new phone from here as they were recommended by Vodafone next door. NB: This shop is cash only, NO card payments.
Incredible service, knowledgable staff and the lowest prices in York, fixed an uncommon phone in less than 24 hours.
**- Be careful -**. I bought a wrap around tripod for use with a phone and on using it for the first time it broke. When I took it back to the store 1 week after purchase they were less than helpful and refused to give a refund. If you have a problem with the product dont expect a welcoming or helpful member of staff awaiting you.
AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE! The only thing Doctor about this place is the money they receive. I had first been told if my phone was non repairable it would be no charge. The result is 100 and a still broken phone. When I challenged them on this I got a right load of dodgy explanations and absolutely no refunds and it's not apparently their fault it's still broken after I had payed and it was handed to me with the promise that it was fixed. If I have payed and it was said to be fixed and I come back within half an hour I think it's safe to say you haven't fixed it. Worst experience I have had ever dealing with any shop and by express repair they mean a fortnight. Dodgy cash only shop I implore you there are plenty of safer shops in York, please don't do what I did and receive a rip off.
