This place is always busy. But Food is good and hot. Has to wait more than i want too, but as busy they are. Drive thru was pleasant. They are friendly and courteous Thats why i keep coming back .

This restaurant used to be good however in the past couple months it has really gone downhill. The cashier staff has always been helpful, however this latest experience was especially bad. I submitted an online order in September 2020. I went to the drive through to pick it up. None of the order was ready so I had to wait 20 minutes in front of the restaurant. Upon returning home I discovered that some of the order was not present in the bag. Also, the normal amount of food provided was different. For example. the fry boxes were half full and the promised number of wings were not included. I submitted a complaint online regarding the service. I did receive a response from the corporate office asking me for my personal contact information and telling me they would have this location contact me directly to rectify the issue. I went back and forth with the corporate office three times and never heard from the local store. Nothing was ever done. They basically stole from me by not providing what was paid for. Then did nothing to fix the issue. I will never go here again.
Always a BEST BET FOR SUPPER! TOO BAD THEY DON'T HAVE GRITS! But, all in all AWESOME!!
