Dissapointed that pictures are not held in their archive longer than 2 years. Well at least for my school. I needed a photo of my son accepting his diploma and my school's photos are deleted. Things happen...fires, floods, damage, and simply losing photos. The cost of holding on to images would be next to nothing in comparison to how much they are charging for photography. Even if they would have charged me a fee for retrieving a photo from the archives (there...I even gave you a business model, you're welcome) I would've paid it (if it were reasonable...say 5) because I WANT the picture. Dissapointed. I hope you change this practice for other families out there.

Extremely expensive and very little customization is available in terms of selecting the poses you want to buy uin photo form.
Way over priced compared to private photographers. Because every school goes with them they make it very difficult for people that struggle to buy pictures
