Oops! Just realized I posted my review for a different business initially. I met with the estimator after the insurance company totaled my car for minimal damage. Everyone was wearing masks and the estimator gave me great advice, was very friendly and helpful. Sorry re my previous review y'all!

Outstanding customer service! Great people and amazing work! I was directed here by my insurance company after a deer impact. The parts of my car they repaired and replaced look brand new! If they hadn't told me the hood was repaired, I'd have sworn it was replaced! I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday, as scheduled. They replaced several plastic parts, a headlight assembly, a parking sensor, and repaired the front of the hood where it was crushed in. I even called afterward regarding a couple of tiny bumps in the paint. I called only to inform them of the issue in case it affected the longevity of the work and had an impact on potential future warranty claims. They assured me they would not be an issue but still offered to buff them out at my convenience and did so in only a few minutes while I waited! (no charge) Their work is amazing - it looks beautiful!

My car had very minimal damage. No dents or cracks after I hit a deer. There were gaps between the bumper, headlight and grill. The gaps were still able to be seen on the side of the car that was damaged after picking it up. You could also tell exactly where new paint was applied because the bumper wasn't sanded prior. Staff was nice and courteous especially the woman setting up my drop-off appointment. I just wish the body work was better quality.
