Been living on the non student side for about 4 months and love it! It's a 6 uber to downtown. Management and maintenance are on site and are very responsive! The parking lot is well lit, patrolled and camera monitored. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

It's honestly a great place. The rooms are super clean and spacious, and I have more closet space than I know what to do with. My only complaint is I wasnt actually given any clue who my roomates would be until I'd already moved in. I'd have preferred some advance knowledge or a choice of roomates you know. I might be a special case though because the leasing agent was just transitioning roles and may have missed that part. Great place and a pretty nice neighborhood too. The huge windows are a great asset.

Overpriced. Interior of the building is worn and doesn't look like they do any refurbishment between seasons. When you mop the floor, water runs into the apartment beneath you. Visibly cheap construction and poorly laid out floor plans. Whoever designed this building needs to visit some of the old factories and mills that have been repurposed into housing in the Boston and Providence area. The area that the building is located in is less than desirable and there is very limited off street parking available. It is not handicap accessible friendly. There is no exterior call box to reach residents. Trash dumpsters are in the middle of the main parking lot instead of being discreetly placed. This whole concept needs to be rethought.
