This is the best Veterinarian ever. They have taken such great care of my dog and I, met all of our needs during this pandemic. Kept their doors open and their hearts in it. Thank you so much.

A wonderful place!! I bring my cat and dog here. BOTH locations are clean, friendly with very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Follow-up calls are great, and the app is very easy to use.
Expensive, but any vet worth seeing normally is. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My pets are happy and healthy.
Highly disappointed in the manner in which well visits are handled. Currently pulled out of the parking lot after waiting almost an hour for my pup to be seen. A 10am appt that was still not seen at 10:45 and was told it would be longer. There are enough doctors at this clinic that no patient should be waiting an hour for a well visit. Truth be told, the only thing he needed was a rabies vaccine as he was seen in April for an ear infection and was looked over thoroughly then. The vaccine could have been administered in my vehicle instead of having me wait as long, and asked to wait longer, as I did. The doctors time is valuable but as a paying patient, clearly mine is not. Update 9/25/20... since I cannot add a response to the one below. I did in fact submit an email right after writing this review. In the email I also stated that I watched at least 8 other pets drive up, be seen, and leave before I did with my pet. The facility values patients and their owners yet I sat for just about an hour while people came and went after I arrived. My email has yet to be responded to. I was informed by a few other clients that Dr Schaeberle is no longer with Shiloh and they've noticed the decline as well. As much that can be blamed on Covid, this incident cannot be. It's a lack of appreciation and respect for someone else's time. The lack in response to my email also shows that you could care less about the situation. I have always spoke highly and recommended this office. In the future I will be sure to give my honest opinion and relay my experience to anyone that asks.
My lil girl needed emergency surgery and Tory made sure I was able to get in the very next morning. Dr. Was great in explaining everything about the procedure. Thank you for saving my baby!
