I use to come to sonic every Thursday, until Covid started getting bad again. An I found out that one of the best employees doesn’t work there anymore!! I also seen her running around an panicking she would always ask me how I was doing an was also so nice an helpful she cared to much. I can’t recall her name but she was to good to lose, my waitress today did good. But I believed her name was Megan or with an M
Needs better management. Been there 3 times in the last week, waited a long time 3 cars got there after me an left before I even got my order, seen employees outside talking to other employees. This was once such a great place to get food!
I used to go every Saturday to sonic. Over the past several months the service and food has been horrible. Just went today to get a strawberry milkshake ( my children's poppy had surgery and they wanted to get him something to try an make him feel better) and this is what it looked like after waiting for 30 mins of sitting, waiting on them to take my order & bring out my drink. Sky is the only one there that is a hard worker and takes her job serious. Went this past Saturday to get Two cherry lemon sundrops and was told they weren't taken anymore orders and when they do start back there will be a 30 min wait. On drinks? This picture was taken right when the strawberry milkshake was handed to me.
