I visited Swarovski at York designer outlet, early evening, Friday 12th August 2016. Very unfriendly staff - rude in fact; I was viewing a selection of bracelets in a 'table' glass display case when a staff member, serving a different customer, walked over and placed a row of display trays directly above the items I was looking at. The member of staff didn't glance at me, let alone give me eye contact or apologise. She was abrupt and uninterested when I asked a question about a bracelet. I then asked her colleague if I could view a bracelet when she became available. She at least looked at me when she advised she would be some time with her customer and suggested I come back later. I live locally and regularly shop in this and other Swarovski stores - I have never experienced such terrible service from Swarovski!
