I had bought a western hognose juvenile snake online and they would've delivered from Etobicoke to Hamilton for no charge (super awesome) but I went and picked her up anyway. From the start, the customer service was incredible. It was primarily curbside pick-up (COVID), and the line was pretty long, but the staff came down the line asking for order numbers or what the customer needed etc. so they could prepare it. I was also looking to purchase all accessories for my new little Princess and they hooked me up with a 'Starter Kit' that had EVERYTHING! Heater pad, lamp, all of it. Buying it all separately was going to cost an obscene amount of money so the kit was absolutely worth it. They made a few suggestions as well, in order to make my new family addition more comfortable, this was very appreciated. They definitely know their stuff. I could only step into the entrance, but what I saw was a MASSIVE store filled with all kinds of things for animals, I mean A LOT lol! Can't wait to go back after lockdown just to see what else they have.

I got figure 8 puffers shipped all the way to the west coast. These fish are very hard to find now. There are literally none in B.C. Shipped on January 21 and all the shipping went perfect. All were bagged separate because they fight and all arrived safe. Shipping prices were amazing I think they lost money on the shipping but I hope not because they did a great job. Feel free to order to west coast with confidence!
Honestly the best place! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the reptiles and fish they have, and I wouldn’t trust anywhere else. I’ve been going here for years for crickets and recently purchased a snake from them, and feel the utmost confident in raising a hog nose because of tails and scales. Love this place!
