Thank you went into your shop today to carpet a small box room, the staff were helpful nothing was to much trouble I got treated as though I was buying a 50 a Sq meter carpet even though my bill was a lot less then that. Will be back and recommend you to friends thank you

If you want to do business with a company who over promise and under deliver than Tapi is the company for you . I really did not want to resort to writing a negative review however I have found the level of customer service appalling. When I first enquired about deliver of flooring I was told 7-10 day . Great I thought . I ordered through the telephone number on their website. Again told 7-10 days delivery . After 14 days I phoned to enquire after my order , as it was a Sunday the lady I spoke to promised me a call back next day after she had looked into it . Unbeknown to me she hadn’t called but sent an email which had gone into my junk mail. After no call with the update I tried to use the online chat service. I was told someone from my local branch would call me to discuss. I had a message left on my voicemail saying someone from the branch was looking into it . And would call me back . A week went by and no call . So I called the number and got through to the branch in York . I was told my flooring still hadn’t been delivered in stock and was expected the following week . I then asked about dates for fitting to be told 10th September at the earliest !! What happened to 7-10 days ?? More like 7-10 weeks. No apologies for the delay more like a couldn’t care less so I asked about cancellation and getting my money back . I can’t get my money back apparently as the flooring that I don’t have and isn’t in stock has been cut to my measurements. I was told the manager would call me back next day to discuss! Guess what no one has called me back !! So many promises Of call backs no one calls . All I expected was to be kept informed, delays happen I understand . Being short staffed I understand however don’t promise to call customers back multiple times and just don’t bother .
