They are a professional place and you do get an appointment quickly but depending who you get on the phone, the information and 'feel' differs a lot. The main issue we have a problem with is that during your visit you are allowed into the room with the vet but once they want to check your dog..you have to leave because of covid measure. This makes no sense as you have just been in. At least put in a window so I can see my dog from the waiting room

I have taken my doggy here twice now. 1st I called out of hours and they where so helpful! Got straight back to me and put me at ease. Even rang in the morning to check. I then had to take my dog and the staff where fantastic. Betty loved them. And recently today my dog got spayed and from making the appointment to letting them know I was outside they where so nice on the phone ! They looked after Betty so well and I genuinely felt they couldn't have done more for us. Thank you.

We use Minster vets for both our dogs and they have always been wonderful. We had an emergency with our older dog today (Sunday out of hours) where he was very badly injured and needed emergency surgery. The vet and nurse were both exceptionally kind - and did an incredible job to save him. We are so grateful for their diligence, compassion and wonderful professional competence. They are incredible!!

Not great... They made us wait in the car park for 20 mins, had to call reception to ask why the delay, the vet appeared seconds after... The vet started telling me off about late vaccinations because she misunderstood how long I have had my cat for, not very professional. Also, their policy of not coming inside doesn't make sense. The vets come out to the car park to take our pets inside, we are not allowed in with them. But, they asked me to go inside to pay and get my cat's medication. When inside, the receptionists actually forgot to take the payment until I reminded them. Three of them at reception also passed my cat's medication to one another before actually giving it to me. I am not sure why that was necessary as they didn't even scan it for payment purposes... Nobody is with it in this practice, I will be taking my precious cat somewhere else.

Many thanks to Minster vets for their kind caring and compassion during our recent visit when it was time to say good bye and farewell to our beloved cat Poppy. I would highly recommend them as nothing was too much trouble.Thanks again.
