They're trying to weasel out of warranting this transmission. they were trying to claim that it was low on oil when it came in but we had checked it right before we took it to them and it was full. Claimed the cooler lines were leaking but we pressure check them and they are not. All it really needs is an input shaft because three of the teeth on that gear are busted. instead they want us to pay for the whole job up front before they begin work now that the transmission is on the ground. It's my understanding from talking to somebody else that had a similar experience there that this may be a common occurrence.

This is the second time this location pretty much has let me down .....they close early cause of the 4th of July holiday i wish had the luxury of just not working and not booking and loads for holidays but unfortunately I have Bills to pay....second intense called about a part the man on the phone acted like he was doing me a favor dude come on the only reason you exist in this planet is cause of people like me....they were supposed to call back to see if they had the part and they never did .....this was the last time I will consider this location for anything they are not worth my time or my business...
