Despite all the systems changing, my car purchase was handled very professionally, and the quality of my used car was amazing, it was literally in brand new condition, despite being 4yrs old. The technicians are also first class here.

trust me, avoid this place! if you have nothing to do with your money go there and you will see. even if is supposed to be for free(recall) they try to trick you and take your money, they will say something on the phone and different to the shop and if you make a complain they will do on a goodwill...things that are supposed to be free like EGR recall but even that they will ask money for the labour and the parts are free

Terrible- rang today about a 70 plate white X5 advertised for sale now , a demonstrator, but was told i could not buy it and collect it until it had done 1500miles. Current mileage 111 miles. Waste of my time and anyone else who calls. It could take weeks before it has done 1500 miles during lockdown. Why advertise it for sale on your website as for sale when a customer cannot buy it today and collect this week. Salesman unhelpful and your misleading advertising just lost you a 54k sale.

He explained the workings of the car and answered all our queries efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble to hime and we headed of in around an hour and a half of arriving - Well Done
