Best kept secret in York! Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a person with a very high prescription, I have specific issues and Shannon understood them immediately and was able to guide me through the selection process with those needs in mind. No cookie cutter approach here! He has an encyclopedic knowledge of his extensive frame selection and knows how to find frames that will fit and the type of lenses will work for you. I was impressed by the time and care he took. He isn't happy until you are. Highly recommended.

I had a phenomenal experience here! Owner and staff were exceptionally helpful and extraordinarily customer oriented. They were willing and able to listen to my eye/eyewear needs and work with me to meet them. Very large selection of frames to choose from. I was extremely pleased to find fashionable sunglass options made for motorcycle riding that helped my non-motorcycle riding dry medical condition. My quality of life has substantially improved using Flying Pig eyewear products sold at Wayne Optical. I am grateful and thankful for their knowledge and huge product selection.

I purchased my first pair of progressive glasses at another place. It seemed to me that they were not made correctly. I took them to Wayne optical and had their optician take a look at them. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. As it turns out, the glasses WERE made properly. He didn’t charge me for examining my glasses and making sure that they were measured properly. I came here prepared to buy an entirely new pair of frames from him but he told me that that wasn’t necessary. What a great guy! Totally trustworthy!
